New Building for the Expansion of the Nursing Home for the Realization of:

• Ground Floor (Piano terra): Dedicated to the physiotherapy and functional rehabilitation department related to prosthetic activity, which will take place on the second floor.

• First Floor (Il piano primo): Designated to house a Surgical Inpatient Unit (Unità di offerta per degenza chirurgica).

• New Room dedicated to Worship (Nuovo locale destinato al culto).

• Second Floor (Il piano secondo): Measuring 478m2, this floor will be designated to house two new operating theatres (or operating suites).

• Third Floor (Piano terzo): Dedicated to the technological and sterilization plant (central).

• Roof Level (Piano copertura): Mechanical works related to the production of heating/cooling fluids generated by heat pumps and the methane gas boiler with thermal back-up function. Circulation pumps for the primary fluids are planned on the roof level.
