Expansion and Renovation Works of the Nursing Home for the Realization of:

• New elevators, including one fire-fighting elevator;

• Living rooms for the West Wing departments;

• New room dedicated to worship (or to religious service);

• Internal renovation of the first floor with the creation of no. 2 patient rooms and relocation of the nurses' station;

• Relocation of the pharmacy dispensary to the basement floor;

• Expansion of the gymnasium on the basement floor.
