MECHANICAL AND THERMAL WORKS (OPERE TERMOMECCANICHE): The tender related to the mechanical and thermal systems includes the realization of: a thermal and refrigeration plant; fire prevention systems, heating and air conditioning systems, and plumbing/sanitary systems; drainage systems for the garage's water, rainwater, black water (sewage), kitchen water, and condensate.
ELECTRICAL WORKS (OPERE ELETTRICHE): The tender related to the electrical systems includes the realization of: the connection to public networks (ENEL and Telecom); electrical panels; lighting, motive power, and equipotential systems; special systems consisting of telephone, video intercom, and TV systems. It also includes the electrical services for the technological systems and the electrical system inside the garage.
